WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
Uttara and Daniela met in 2017 during a trip to India. Uttara was Daniela’s instructor
on a three month experience that would deeply touch and influence Daniela and her journey onwards. They kept in touch across oceans, quietly dipping in and out of each other’s lives as Daniela explored and expanded her artistic practice and Uttara dove headfirst into the world of immersive and experiential travel and education.
Last year, Handmade Jaipur finally came to life and they saw their roads converge. They wanted to create an experience where art and travel merge, combining the things they love most into a journey that is meant to inspire, share, expand and enjoy creativity in a place filled with it.
Handmade Jaipur 1.0 was an incredible experience and we can’t wait to do it all over again.
